    We can assist at the very beginning of your building journey or can work with you at whatever stage you are at. Our comprehensive services cover essential items such as:

    Design & Documentation: We can help you design your new home or renovation. We have relationships with local draftsmen who we liaise with to provide construction drawings; translating your ideas into detailed plans.

    Planning Permits: We navigate the complexities of obtaining planning permits, facilitating your project's compliance with local regulations.

    Building Permit: Securing a building permit is vital, and we ensure all required documents are obtained.

    Colour Selection: In-house Interior Designer, Sarah, can guide clients throughout their decision-making process. We also arrange appointments with our trusted suppliers where clients can physically see what they are selecting

    However big or small the project is, we can assist to ensure a smooth process before starting on site.

  • CONSTRUCTION

    We ensure our clients are regularly updated and informed in relation to the construction process until the handover date arrives.

    Trades: We have a dedicated team of skilled Carpenters, and we have also formed strong and reliable relationships with local tradespeople who contribute to each project.

    Quality: The quality of our work is what we take great pride in, we consistently strive to deliver the highest standards to our clients.

    Handover: We enjoy seeing our clients happy on handover day. Every project comes with a three-month maintenance period, where we address any issues that may occur after handover. This allows our clients to enjoy their new spaces without concern.

Extension, Renovation or New Build, you will work with our Directors at every stage.

OUR CLIENT’S JOURNEY

1. Initial Consultation

  • We visit you at your preferred location.

  • Meet and greet with Rod & Will - get to know each other.

  • Discuss your vision, including items such as design scope, budget and timeframe.

2. Presenting Quote

  • We run through our detailed quote explaining each section.

  • We send you a colour selection starter kit to help guide you with your selections.

4. Pre-site Documentation

  • We gather all documentation required to obtain relevant permits for your project.

  • You will finalise your colour selection with the assistance of our in-house Interior Designer, Sarah.

3. Sign Contract

  • We present and run through the contract, ensuring all information is clear.

  • Our contract is a HIA Contract with industry standard payment terms.

5. Construction

  • We will arrange a site start meeting with you at your building site.

  • We will provide regular progress updates and walk throughs to keep you involved.

6. Handover

  • A handover meeting will be set to do a final walk through.

  • We present all final certificates.

  • There is a 3 month maintenance period on every build.
